  • Where is your company based out of? 

We are based out of Ohio!

  • Will I receive a order confirmation email or tracking number?

Yes of course you will. You will receive a order confirmation as soon as you place the order and you will then receive another email including your tracking information once your package is shipped.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

 We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, etc) And Paypal!

  • How do I use a discount code?

Once you have added items to your cart, discount codes are entered at the checkout page. You must press "Apply" to see the order total update to the discount code that was entered. Discount codes or gift cards must be applied only at time of checkout in order for them to work!

  • Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! We ship worldwide. However, customs charges may apply in your country which would be charged to you by your postal service upon arrival in your country. We do not have control over this, nor are notified prior to dispatching your order.

  • Will I receive and email/ tracking number once my order has shipped?

 Yes, You will be sent an email including a tracking number and all tracking information as soon as we ship your package!

  • I just received my order and I love it!! How can I get featured on your page?

Awesome! You may either e-mail us your photo directly to MissionJewelry@yahoo.com, tag us in a photo on social media, or simply use the hashtag #missionjewelry so we can find you!
